Conference Facilities
The Hospice is within 10 minutes walk from the bus and railway stations. It is situated close to the A82 and is easily accessible from the A9 and A96. For a detailed map of how to get to the Netley Centre Education Suite please contact us (see below for details).
The Netley Centre Education Suite was purpose built in 1999. The facilities consist of:
- Lecture Theatre - seats up to 40.
- 2 Tutorial Rooms - seats up to 12 each - these rooms are separated by a flexible partition which can be opened to provide a single room, seating up to 25.
- Audio Visual Equipment to suit a range of needs.
- Disabled access and toilet facilities.
- Hearing Aid amplification system is fitted in the Brahan Lecture Theatre.
- Complementary use of flipcharts and white boards in all rooms.
- Complementary wireless internet connection in all rooms.
Support Services
Iced water is provided for all meetings. Tea, coffee, biscuits, etc can be arranged at the time of booking. A range of herbal teas are also available.
Soft drinks and light snacks can be purchased from the Hospice Coffee Shop in the main reception area.
Lunch and other catering requires to be arranged independently with Highland Council Commercial Operations. Your contact is Tanya Petrie, Tel: 01463725900. All food is freshly prepared in the Hospice kitchen.
It is our aim to work with our clients to achieve success for every event held in The Netley Centre. To this end our staff are committed to maintaining high standards and are constantly seeking ways to improve the services that we offer.
